Refund policy

At The Ecom Cart  we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Since many of our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we have established the following return and refund policy.
Replacement Eligibility
We offer replacement only for items that arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Product not meeting personal expectations
  • Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Claims for damaged or defective items must include a complete unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
The video must clearly show:
The sealed package before opening
The full unboxing process without cuts or pauses
The damaged or defective product.


Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

Timeframe for Reporting Issues


Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be eligible for replacement or refund.


How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement:
Email us at theecomcart@gmail.com
Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • The complete unboxing video
    After verification, we will arrange a replacement shipment if the claim is valid.
    Non-Eligible Return Situations
    Returns or replacements will not be approved in the following situations:
  • No unboxing video provided
  • Claim submitted after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Minor design or color variations
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

    Refund Policy

    Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement product is not available.
    If approved:
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
    Processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval
    Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
    Order Cancellation
    Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
    Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
